| It is simple, you account or accounts will be suspended, till its audited by Net Surf Monitor Profit Share. If you are your accounts have been found to be out of TOS your funds in your account and future profits will be forfeited to the program. Don't lose your chance to earn profits, what you think you might gain will loose you more in the long run. If you are not sure and its not stated clear enough in the FAQs or the TOS ask by submitting a support ticket, to be safe. |

| After 15 days all inactive accounts will be purged from the database no exceptions. What makes your account inactive? When there are 0 deposits into the system on the account is considered inactive. |

| There are a few reasons for this. First we are limited to the amount of time to work on the database and program. We cant make changes with a cut off if there are transactions happening all hours of the day. We operate a business with the program and like any business you have normal business hours.
We are looking to have this issue resolved in the near future and you will be able to access the program any time when this is available.

| The minimum to buy is $10 and the minimum to compound is $10. The maximum to compound is $200 per month or $1,500 purchased within a 365 day period. Compounding will be allowed only the first weekend in the month. |

| 7. I have upgraded today, when will my upgrades show in the program? |
| Since we are not like the other programs and your funds earn from your processor time and dates of buying shares your upgrades will be posted before the next shares disbursement is made. The program normally would show your purchases after midnight our server time of the day you have purchased. If your upgrade has not been posted after the 24 hour period, only then you can submit a support ticket with your details otherwise your ticket will be closed. Please wait the 24 hour period before you submit a ticket it will only slow the process down. |

| 9. What are subscriptions and how they work? |
| Subscriptions are purchased each month prior to the 1st of each month. The grace period is from the 1st till the Friday before 1st weekend pay day of the month. This is the only way to earn profits in your cash balances. If you are a subscriber member you will earn shares in the offline term profits as they mature. Each month when purchasing your monthly subscriptions, at the level you are at during the time of purchase, is the membership subscription you will need to purchase. Subscriptions must run consecutive and not lapse. Once you have purchased your subscription, you will need to keep it active, to keep from loosing your term position in the offline term profits. If your subscription is interrupted by non payment you might fall as an inactive member and you will have to start over with your subscriptions all prior could be forfeited.
AS OF April 18, 2010 we will no longer subsidize the subscriptions. As the offline term profits mature you will be given a portion of those earnings to your cash balance each week as long as you have a current subscription. When the offline term profits are mature these subsidized fees will be drafted back from your offline term profit earnings.
You will have to have an active subscription to earn with our program. You will not earn or cash out if you do not have an active subscription. Effective July 2009. |

| 12. When can I draw my earnings? |
|
Everyday the cash out link will be available for you to cash out or to request once a month compound if its the first weekend in the month, your balances that you have acquired. You can request 4 times within 30 days (NO EXCEPTIONS). The compound link will be open the first Sunday till close of business E.S.T. and we will start trading for the next week. Pay outs will be completed normally within 15-20 business days starting the (Friday or end of the week requested) or less. Strict Pay, Solid Trust Pay, and Alert Pay payments could be up to 15 business days or longer if there is a problem working with any processor. Since Strict Pay can not provide ACH Funding at this time via ACH or Check deposit and Alert Pay gives 15 business days on ACH deposits these times could be longer. If there is a Holiday and or our bank is closed this wait time will be added. Strict Pay is suppose to be working on their issues to provide better service. This is standard procedure for Alert Pay. Solid Trust Pay is usually within a week. Alert Pay is the cheapest way to load the funds at no cost.
Remember there is minimums required for each level to request cash out. The second weekend of the month cash balances over $50 will auto cash out unless you contact me via support ticket when you get the email notification you have a cash out requested. Current subscriptions are required for cash out request to be honored. If you need subscriptions paid you can use your cash balance before the first weekend to renew. Make plans before this weekend to renew your subscriptions. If you are purchasing the first time you will need to use the processor there after you can renew from your cash balances. |

| 13. Why has my cash out request been denied or is not processed? |

If your account meets all the criteria of being a valid request things should go normal to the terms or faqs here within. If you have got a cash out request denied it could be from the following; you do not have a subscription active after the first weeks Friday; there is a problem with your processor (check the forum updates); you have cashed out more than 4 times within 30 days; your request is more or less than your level allows; your account is been under suspension for breech of terms. All request from this member will be returned to cash balance except for the original cash out request fees. Once you get a denied email from the program contact the admin via support ticket, then you will be given the specific reason for the denied request, and how to fix the issue. If it is your fault there will be a $1 fee to fix it from our end, if it is our fault your cash out request fees will be refunded. (Problems or issues with the processors services are not our problem.) |

| Support tickets are part of a system for the members to communicate with the admin and staff of the program in a secure area. Please be sure you have read the faqs and the program terms of service before submitting a support ticket. Upgrades are a major ticket generator that is possibly answered on the very page you upgrade on. Most all support tickets are answered within a 24 hour period and are at least acknowledged within a 12 hour time frame. If you have any questions your upline or the program does not answer please feel free to submit a support ticket and we will try our best to support your needs. |

| 16. What are my responsibilities as a member? |
| First of all you must agree to the Terms of Service, which you will have checked at signing up. You must keep your account active weekly by signing in each week. Any time after up to 15 days your account is subject to Forfeit of Any Funds. Also as a member you are responsible to keep your email and account information up to date with the admin. Incorrect information could cause delays in payments and further participation in the program if you can not be contacted. If you cant change your information yourself, you will need to send a support ticket to the admin and keep your account current. You also have to keep your subscriptions active to earn with the program. Cash balances will remain the same without subscriptions. If you account has shares and you are not a subscriber you will have to purchase a subscription to cash out your shares or earnings. | 17. My account has become inactive and I had funds in my account they have been removed by "Forfeited by TOS". Can I and How do I recoup my funds? |
| The program automatically sends out warnings if your account is close to jeopardy of being deleted. These emails go to the email account you have signed up with. If your account has gone inactive you will have till the Saturday of the week it went inactive to pay a $10 reactivation fee on your account. Email the admin at admin@netsurfmonitor.com give your user number and name on the account. The admin will reactivate your account on submission of payment to have your account reactivated. Accounts pass this deadline will be removed and unrecoverable, any funds will be forfeited by TOS, so to avoid this sign in your account at least once a week and follow the TOS. Its that simple. |

| 18. Are referral commissions and bonus for posting paid and when? |
| Yes, we offer an aggressive referral program depending on you level. Referral commissions are paid when regularly scheduled payments are made on the weekends. See the list below for commission rates. There are two requirements to met to collect referral commissions and bonuses. 1.) you must have a membership account with the processor, they sign up with open, then using that membership link to sign up under. Referral commissions are automatically placed under that membership account. 2.) You must have active shares in that membership account more than the referrals you collect. If these two requirements have not been met the funds are split in the profit pools.

| 19. Are my funds or earnings guaranteed or refundable? |
| NO. There is NO guarantees or refunds on the money spent, made or returned. Remember in any HYIP or SURF program, never spend more than you can afford to loose or gain. However our programs potential of earnings are from 110%-365% + on your shares but they are not guaranteed. We work in some long term shares that have a higher profit but they take longer to develop. | Your original purchase is used to generate profit pools and returned only through rebates from the program weekly till there are no returns left to distribute. Shares purchased will remain in the system up to one year from day of purchase. This will be solely being dependent on the membership participation and the returns we get back that we will distribute to the active members. There is loss risk involved. If there is a loss, we make every possible feasible effort to recover funds. |

| 22. When will my upgrade start earning me cash? |
| First you must have a subscription purchased before there are any earnings. Since this program is not on a set percentage, your weekly earnings can vary. The amount of profits that are place in the pools each Friday for dispersement are upgrades from Saturday morning to Friday evening.
So if you placed an upgrade in before Friday you should be in the profit pool for the week, but if we have traded the funds in a longer term you might fall into the following weeks pool. You will earn some type of profit in your cash balance every week within our program guidelines. Weekly profits are subsidized till the offline term profits mature. Maturity depends on the amount of livestock that is reproduced. |

| There are 3 payment processors. So there are 3 different pools to work with. Each pool has its own potential of profits. The profits are divided between the members that are in each pool that are generated for that week. Processor fees are taken from the profits of each pool per that processor. (Processors with high fees generate less profits.) Example Strict Pay has a lower rate and less fees than Alert Pay or STP. Alert Pay fees are higher than STP. Credit Cards are the highest rate. Each week profits received are divided in proportion to the amounts members bought shares. | 24. Can I compound my cash balance earnings? |
| Yes, you can compound your weekly earnings on the first weekend of each month during the cash out window, to increase your % of the pool. The minimum to buy shares is $10. There is currently 10% fees in compounding your shares. |

| 26. Can I have more than one account? |
| Yes, you can have one account per processor, only for the purpose of using multiple processors. Inactive accounts not used in 30 days are deleted. Be sure you take in consideration the processor pools profits you are in. The multiple accounts can not be referral accounts or from the same IP address. If you are using the same IP address you will have to verify via a government issued Id all the members using that IP address before any payments or referral transactions take place. This will be the only warning not to lose all members accounts and funds involved. Email addresses for the processors have to be different for each processor. First send a support ticket and let me know in advance any of the below situations before hand so the accounts are not froze or suspended. 1) any multiple accounts with the same ip or account name. |
